Just Juicing (The Kale Kick)



Kale, you either like it or you don't. Unfortunately, most people fall towards the latter. An underrated green that is packed with nutrients and has loads to offer for one's benefit. Raw kale (100g) provides roughly about 50 calories and is a rich source of Vitamins A, C, K, B6 and folate. A refreshing drink with a ginger kick to start the day!


Kale Kick Recipe:


Ingredients-

  • 1 cup kale

  • 1/2 cup cucumber (peeled & chopped)

  • 1 table spoon ginger

  • 1/2 a lemon

  • 1 cup coconut water

Directions-

  • Blend for 30-45 seconds

  • Add ice cubes and blend for a smoothie like texture
