Superfood Sandwich

Ingredients:
2 x Slice Wholegrain Bread
1 x Cup Kale
2 x Egg Scrambled
Almond Spread
2 x Table spoon Coconut Oil
1 x Avocado
Method:
Wash and spin dry kale
Heat pan on medium heat and add coconut oil and kale
Sauté kale for 3-5 minutes before adding eggs
Even out kale and egg and cook for another 2 minutes
Toast bread and add almond spread
Add kale/egg and avocado and serve
